Excellent level of English, spoken and written

Ready to learn person with problem solving skills
Preparing and managing end-user equipment
Office 365 and license management
Intune and co-management
Ticket assessment and processing
End user support via different channels
Troubleshooting
Remote support using SCCM
Managing user accounts via Active Directory
Microsoft Exchange and Exchange Online
Office 365 and Intune
Service Desk MSP
Active Directory and SCCM
End user services ex. printing as a service
Development, implementation and maintenance of software solutions in accordance with our company standards and policies
Take an active part in customer satisfaction through service interactions
Banking business logic
Participate in team-oriented, dynamic and international working environment
