  • Ready to learn person with problem solving skills

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and managing end-user equipment

  • Office 365 and license management

  • Intune and co-management

  • Ticket assessment and processing

  • End user support via different channels

  • Troubleshooting

  • Remote support using SCCM

  • Managing user accounts via Active Directory

  • Microsoft Exchange and Exchange Online

  • Office 365 and Intune

  • Service Desk MSP

  • Active Directory and SCCM

  • End user services ex. printing as a service

  • Development, implementation and maintenance of software solutions in accordance with our company standards and policies

  • Take an active part in customer satisfaction through service interactions

  • Banking business logic

  • Participate in team-oriented, dynamic and international working environment
