We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team in Bucharest.

  • Thorough MS Office knowledge



  • Coordinating and organizing meetings, appointments, trainings, events, business trips

  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, conferences and provide general support to visitors

  • Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, hardware, and travel arrangements)

  • Inventory management

  • Handling the procurement and coordination of office supplies

  • Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients

  • Processing filing and other administrative tasks

  • Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date

  • Assist in the on-boarding and off-boarding processes

  • Assisting the organization’s HR functions by keeping personnel records and contract agreements up to date

  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs

  • Preparing expense and sustainability reports for Head Office using MS Dynamics 365, iEMS tool

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

From our Bucharest office, we ensure technical assistance and support IT projects, for different departments, such as Cloud and Infrastructure, DevOps or Applications Departments.
