IT Business Analyst – Skopje

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to join our team in Skopje.

Experience

Strong understanding of banking operations, financial products, and regulatory frameworks
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technology solutions
Experience in defining efficient business process and product based on business requirements

Skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Adaptability and flexibility to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience working closely with development teams
Knowledge of banking software and systems, such as core banking platforms is a plus
Experience in product management is a plus
Fluency in English language (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

Proactive communication with customers to gain an understanding of their needs, expectations, and challenges, with aim to support the customers towards comprehensive business requirements
Collaborate with IT teams to design innovative and effective solutions that address business challenges and requirements
Create detailed functional specifications and system description to guide the development and implementation of IT solutions
Communicate with various stakeholders, including project managers, developers, testers, and business users, supporting the project delivery and the effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
Providing training, and support to end-users during the implementation of IT solutions
Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations, guidelines, and industry best practices to ensure that IT solutions comply with legal and regulatory requirements
