Junior Finance Operations Specialist – Frankfurt

We are looking for a Junior Finance Operations Specialist to join our team in Frankfurt.

What we expect from you

Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in a business-related field, ideally with a focus on Finance/Controlling/Accounting
Strong analytical skills
Excellent knowledge of Excel and other MS Office programs
Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
Previous experience with ERP software desirable
Initiative and ability to work in a team
Structured and responsible way of working

Responsibilities

Creating outgoing invoices, including AR management
Recording and checking incoming invoices
Correspondence with debtors, creditors, and financial accounting
Support in contract management
General administrative tasks
Ad hoc tasks in the area of Finance & Controlling
