Product Area Lead for Cards

We are looking for a Product Area Lead for Cards to join our team.

Key responsibilities

Ensure alignment of product delivery with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and user needs.
Coordinate and supervise cross-squad implementation activities within the Product Area.
Act as product promoters and advocate for products and services within respective IT Product Area, focusing on adoption, education, and showcasing value.
Responsible for providing input about financial and current and future product investments supporting final product pricing model
Provide input for each team member performance evaluation process focusing on achievements and what needs to be improved

What we expect from you

Product Management - Strong grasp of product lifecycle, customer journeys, and feature economics
Proven, hands-on experience across the cards ecosystem (issuing, acquiring, digital payments and compliance) with the ability to anticipate market shifts and influence strategic decision making across business and technological teams
Regulatory & Operational Awareness - Understands local banking regulations and operational constraints
Delivery Oversight - Familiar with Agile/Safe delivery, backlog planning, cross squad coordination
Market & Competitive Analysis - Scans industry trends, benchmarks solutions, propose differentiating features
