Quipu Card Personalisation Centre in Prishtina was founded in 2004 and it is a modern and flexible centre for card personalisation and maintenance of automated equipment (ATMs and POS terminals), owned by Quipu.
It has grown steadily, having a number of around 95 employees at the moment, a team highly motivated to provide high-quality services.
Quipu Card Personalisation Centre offers a wide range of services in card personalization and our products and services are provided to clients located all over the world. We personalise all types of cards (domestic payment cards as well as MasterCard and VISA) and supply high-quality products to 11 ProCredit Banks and 10 external Banks. We also offer services for the maintenance of automated equipment (ATM and POS terminals) in the region of Kosovo.
By combining global expertise with our knowledge of local needs, we play a crucial role in client awareness to be competitive, and efficient, and to successfully respond to all the demands towards further developments in the industry, markets and regulations.
The team in Prishtina consists of specialized technicians and professional consultants who enjoy the opportunity of implementing ambitious projects in challenging environments. We offer advanced technology equipment which enables cashless payments that are in compliance with European Standards for efficiency and security, so we can provide significant support for further stabilization and development of the banking sector.
We consider our team to be our most important asset, and we are divided into three sectors:
- Card Personalization
- ATM and POS Maintenance
- Call Centre and Reporting that are part of the Automated Maintenance Service (AMS) team.
Quipu Personalisation Centre is certified by VISA for card personalization since 2006 and it was certified by Master Card in 2009. The level of security is guaranteed at every phase and continuous investments are made in new technologies and machines.
