(Junior) System Analyst

We are looking for a (Junior) System Analyst to join our Processing Centre Operations team in Prishtina.

Key responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze system requirements for payment processing solutions
Assist in the design, development, testing, and implementation of solutions and systems related to online transactions, mainly focused on the authentication stage
Utilize technical skills such as PL/SQL, database management (Oracle), SMPP, SMTP, and API integration in system development, maintenance, reports generation, and optimizing system performance
Utilize technical skills such as PL/SQL, database management (Oracle), SMPP, SMTP, and API integration in system development, maintenance, reports generation, and optimizing system performance
Assist in onboarding and integrating new e-commerce merchants into the 3DS ecosystem, ensuring smooth and secure authentication flows

What do we expect from you

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent discipline
Ability to analyze complex systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
Basic skills in SQL and/or PL/SQL
Basic understanding of APIs, and data interchange formats such XML and JSON
Basic understanding of protocols such as TCP, HTTP, SMPP, SMTP, SOAP
