Implementation Engineer – Prishtina

We are looking for an Implementation Engineer to join our office in Prishtina.

Key responsibilities

Provide second-level customer support and collaborate with external service providers.
Design project implementation requirements and specifications.
Perform various tests using test cases and prepare corresponding documentation.
Collaborate with the team to design new services for all customer implementation activities.
Conduct research on customer issues, document findings, and implement technical solutions.

What we expect from you

University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other related Engineering fields
Advanced level of English language (oral and written)
Knowledgeable of SQL, PL/SQL
Good attitude on learning new topics
Flexible and reliable on the job
