Contract Specialist – Prishtina

We are looking for a Contract Specialist to join our office in Prishtina.

Key responsibilities

Draft, review, and amend IT services agreements, NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and related contractual documents with vendors and customers.
Support the end-to-end contract lifecycle from initiation through execution, renewal, and termination.
Review contractual terms to identify commercial, operational, and risk-related issues.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (IT, Legal, Procurement, Risk, Compliance, Finance) during contract review and approval processes.
Participate in contract negotiations and assist in resolving contractual queries with vendors and customers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in a contracts, legal, paralegal.
Experience supporting contract drafting and review within a corporate environment.
Exposure to IT, financial services, or other regulated industries is an advantage.
Good understanding of contractual terms, commercial clauses, and risk considerations.
