We are looking for a Support Engineer – Digital Journeys to join our team.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide support for a software solution developed in low-code platform based on Java Script.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.

  • Ensure support quality of the solutions following standards, best practices and KPI defined by the SLA.

  • Maintenance and improvement of software solutions in accordance with company standards and policies.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Support of software solution: A minimum of 2 years of experience in support of software solution and providing 2nd level support.

  • JavaScript Development: A minimum of 2 years of experience in JavaScript development, using node.JS

  • Frontend Development: Experience with React framework, HTML and CSS for creating responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.

  • Database Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft SQL or other relational databases.

  • Understanding of integration technologies: Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
