We are looking for a Product Area Lead for CRM to join our team.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure alignment of product delivery with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and user needs.

  • Coordinate and supervise cross-squad implementation activities within the Product Area.

  • Act as product promoters and advocate for products and services within respective IT Product Area, focusing on adoption, education, and showcasing value.

  • Responsible for providing input about financial and current and future product investments supporting final product pricing model

  • Provide input for each team member performance evaluation process focusing on achievements and what needs to be improved

What we expect from you

What we expect from you

  • Product Management - Strong grasp of product lifecycle, customer journeys, and feature economics

  • Proven experience in CRM Strategy and implementation, with deep understanding of customer lifecycle management, segmentation and analytics

  • Regulatory & Operational Awareness - Understands local banking regulations and operational constraints

  • Delivery Oversight - Familiar with Agile/Safe delivery, backlog planning, cross squad coordination

  • Market & Competitive Analysis - Scans industry trends, benchmarks solutions, propose differentiating features
