We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team in Bucharest.

  • Coordinating and organizing meetings, appointments, trainings, events, business trips

  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, events, conferences and provide general support to visitors

  • Handling the procurement and coordination of office supplies

  • Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date

  • Assist in the on-boarding and off-boarding processes

From our Bucharest office, we ensure technical assistance and support IT projects, for different departments, such as Cloud and Infrastructure, DevOps or Applications Departments.
