We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team in Bucharest.

  • Coordinate meetings, trainings, events, and business trips

  • Manage office layout, supplies, repairs, and vendor relations

  • Oversee inventory, procurement, and health & safety compliance

  • Handle employee queries related to office logistics

  • Provide general support to staff and visitors

  • Maintain documentation and filing systems

  • Prepare reports and ensure timely invoicing

  • Manage contracts, budgets, and vendor negotiations

  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Maintain personnel records and contract agreements

  • Prepare payroll and support HR documentation

  • Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation related to human resources, including contracts etc

  • Support to update and implement office policies

  • Very good organizational skills, flexibility and operational readiness

  • Reliability and discretion

  • Very good oral and written communication skills

  • High degree of self-initiative, capacity for innovation, ability to work independently and conscientiously

  • Very good knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written

Bucharest Office

From our Bucharest office, we ensure technical assistance and support IT projects, for different departments, such as Cloud and Infrastructure, DevOps or Applications Departments.
