Financial Controller

We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our team in Skopje.

Key responsabilities

Manage and oversee all general financial controlling activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and process integrity.
Perform detailed incoming invoice checks, validating them against existing contracts and purchase agreements.
Oversee and manage the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
Develop, improve, and implement financial controlling processes and internal controls.
Operate within and improve the company’s ERP systems – experience with DATEV (preferred).

What we expect from you

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in financial controlling, ideally in an international and/or IT-focused company.
Strong experience with invoice validation, contract compliance, and month-end closing processes.
Advanced understanding of controlling, budgeting, forecasting, and internal reporting.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems – DATEV knowledge is a significant plus.
