Automation Engineer

We are looking for Automation Engineer to join our team.

Key responsibilities:

Plan, implement, operate, and optimize automation for banking services, release orchestration, and delivery pipelines across environments (Dev→QA→UAT→Prod).
Design, document, and continuously improve automation processes, workflows, and structures for CI/CD, IaC, and release management to maximize throughput and quality.
Establish contingency/rollback procedures and release runbooks; ensure changes adhere to Change Management and Release Management controls.
Oversee inventory and distribution of tools, licenses, and environments used by the Development, DevOps & Automation team.
Collaborate with product, delivery, and client stakeholders to define change plans and schedules; automate internal and client communications.

Skills and experience we expect from you:

CI/CD & Release: Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, Test Plans, Dashboards), GitHub Actions, Jenkins
IaC & Config Management: Terraform, ARM/Bicep, Ansible, DSC
Test Automation (UI/API): WebdriverIO, CodeceptJS, Cucumber, Mocha, Allure, Ranorex Studio, Appium, Postman, SoapUI
Performance Testing: JMeter (load, stress, soak), integrated into CI with trend dashboards
Device/Cloud Testing: LambdaTest (web & mobile), parallel execution on device clouds
