Business Development Manager – Skopje

Looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Processing Center team and drive growth across card and digital payment services.

Your working location can be either Prishtina or Skopje.

Your key responsibilities

Your key responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities to drive business growth and expand the company’s customer base.

  • Generate and qualify leads (financial institutions and fintech’s through strategic outreach and relationship-building to support growth objectives)

  • Client Relationship Management, build strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.

  • Understand client needs and present tailored card payment solutions including Card issuing, ATM Acquiring, POS Acquiring, eCommerce service, and digital payment systems.

  • Partnership Development, negotiate and close commercial agreements with banks, fintechs and service providers.

What we expect you to bring to the team

What we expect you to bring to the team

  • Knowledge of payment industry regulations (e.g., PCI-DSS, EMV, PSD2).

  • Experience working with fintech’s, Payment networks, Processing centers or Banks.

  • Familiarity with APIs and technical integrations in payments processing.

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales in the payments or financial services industry.

  • Deep understanding of card payment ecosystems, card issuing, Digital wallets, POS and ecommerce acquiring, ATM Acquiring, and digital payment platforms.
