Education & Background
University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Technical Experience
Installation and configuration of third-party applications and solutions hosted on Microsoft Servers.
Networking fundamentals : Understanding of key protocols, connectivity troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Experience in software application support area and problem solving. Microsoft Servers troubleshoot experience related application behaviour.
Database expertise : Advanced T-SQL knowledge for querying, analysis, and database maintenance.
PowerShell scripting : Ability to create and modify basic scripts for automation and system administration.
Cloud technologies : Familiarity with Azure (or other cloud platforms like AWS or GCP).
CI/CD processes : Understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment methodologies and tools.
Soft Skills & Work Approach
Proactive mindset : Ability to identify and solve problems, optimize performance, and suggest improvements.
Strong communication skills : Fluency in English (spoken and written) to collaborate effectively with global teams.
Willingness to travel, when required.
Deploy and support operational Banking Software Systems (hosted on Microsoft servers), configuration, parametrization and setting-up the application and Microsoft OS components in test, staging and production environments.
Monitor production system notifications and act accordantly to resolve urgent problems and participate in the incident management process focusing on availability and environment performance issues
Automation of internal processes for Banking Software Systems
Engage and communicate with internal stakeholders both from the technical and business environment, 3rd party vendors and security specialists to fulfil the goal of the job requirements.
Prepare documentation and support the other knowledge management related processes in the organization.
