Financial Controller – Skopje

We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our team in Skopje.

What we expect from you

Skills

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a relevant position
Degree in a business related discipline with a focus on controlling and/or finance and accounting
Good knowledge of an ERP software
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 FO and DATEV Software considered a plus
Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel and its tools, including pivot tables/reports, data tables, and advanced charting
Experience with Power BI and desktop robotics is considered a plus
Very good English knowledge, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level)
German knowledge is a plus
Keen analytic, organization and problem solving skills
Good time management skills
Ability to work independently, structured and precisely
Excellent ability to communicate
Must be able to adapt to new and different computer programs and software to enable efficient data gathering and analysis
Ability to work in a multicultural environment

Responsibilities

Assume responsibility on all tasks related to controlling and finance
Review and correct monthly reports as well as provide guidance to regional office counterparties regarding monthly reporting
Calculate, extract, review and correct the monthly cost accounting results
Prepare reports and ad-hoc analyses
Responsible for further development of controlling instruments, processes and systems including development of new automation solutions
Provide assistance for the implementation of new controlling software;
Provide assistance in the areas of accounts payable/receivable and contract management ;
Collaborate with internal and external auditors for the annual audit
