Finance Operations Specialist – Skopje

We are looking for a Finance Operations Specialist to join our team in Skopje.

What your responsibilities would be

Managing, preparing, and issuing customer invoices
Overseeing receivables, and collecting payments
Corresponding with customers, vendors, auditors, and our accounting team
Ensuring seamless communication and operations with all stakeholders
Managing contracts, drafting project contracts based on existing templates, overseeing signature management

What we expect from you

A degree in a business-related discipline with a specific focus on accounting, finance, or controlling
Relevant work experience in the financial area
Affinity for numbers and analytical thinking
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is a plus
