  • Education & Background

  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Technical Experience

  • Installation and configuration of third-party applications and solutions hosted on Microsoft Servers.

  • Networking fundamentals : Understanding of key protocols, connectivity troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

  • Experience in software application support area and problem solving. Microsoft Servers troubleshoot experience related application behaviour.

  • Database expertise : Advanced T-SQL knowledge for querying, analysis, and database maintenance.

  • PowerShell scripting : Ability to create and modify basic scripts for automation and system administration.

  • Cloud technologies : Familiarity with Azure (or other cloud platforms like AWS or GCP).

  • CI/CD processes : Understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment methodologies and tools.

  • Soft Skills & Work Approach

  • Proactive mindset : Ability to identify and solve problems, optimize performance, and suggest improvements.

  • Strong communication skills : Fluency in English (spoken and written) to collaborate effectively with global teams.

  • Willingness to travel, when required.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Deploy and support operational Banking Software Systems (hosted on Microsoft servers), configuration, parametrization and setting-up the application and Microsoft OS components in test, staging and production environments.

  • Monitor production system notifications and act accordantly to resolve urgent problems and participate in the incident management process focusing on availability and environment performance issues

  • Automation of internal processes for Banking Software Systems

  • Engage and communicate with internal stakeholders both from the technical and business environment, 3rd party vendors and security specialists to fulfil the goal of the job requirements.

  • Prepare documentation and support the other knowledge management related processes in the organization.
