IT Operations Manager – Tirana
We are looking for an IT Operations Manager to join our team in Tirana, Albania!
What your responsabilities are

Accountable for overall service quality, service level management, and controls

Maintain a strong on-site presence at the Bank premises, aiming for approximately 60% on-site and 40% remote (Quipu office, home office)

Responsible for ensuring optimal availability and continuous performance optimization of IT infrastructure components and applications.

Owner of the 360-degree meetings with IT & business stakeholders to help build, grow, and maintain customer relationships.

Ensure IT systems and operations comply with applicable laws and regulations.
What you bring to the team
-
Experience of managing IT and/or project management for 5 years and more
-
Experience in working with geographically distributed and remote team members.

Experience in working in a multicultural environment.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
-
A balance of business understanding and technical skills.
