System Administrator – Identity Unit

We are looking for a System Administrator – Identity Unit to join our team in Skopje, and design, operate and secure focus solutions for Quipu and its clients.

What we expect from you

Experience

Experience

  • Bachelor Degree in IT or relevant experience (minimum 5 years) as a Microsoft System Administrator
  • Strong experience in designing, supporting, and troubleshooting complex Microsoft environments
  • ITIL Foundations level certification
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • - MCP certification in one of the focus solutions
  • - Knowledge of Azure identity-related technologies

Skills

  • Automation and scripting skills, specifically PowerShell
  • Technical expertise in the following Microsoft technologies:
  • - Active Directory Domain Services
  • - Active Directory related technologies
  • - Remote Desktop Services/ Remote App
  • - Proxy Technologies
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Ability to write technical documentation
  • Good working knowledge of English language
Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Design, operate and secure focus solutions for Quipu and its clients
  • Monitor and analyze focus solutions, troubleshoot issues and escalate to higher levels of support
  • Participate in projects aimed at improving focus solutions for both internal and external customers
  • Stay up to date with technology trends and suggest innovative ideas for developing new projects or enhancing existing ones
  • Assist in the Change and Release Management processes
  • Maintain documentation of infrastructure and changes affecting it
