ITIL Quality Assurance Consultant

For our office in Frankfurt, Germany, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Quality Assurance Consultant (Job-ID: 20034) to join our international team at the earliest possible date.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Preparing and maintaining the ISO 20000 & ISO 9001 Certification and Documents
• Evaluation of the current business processes; design and implementation of new process or extension of existing process
• Setting QA compliance objectives and support that targets are achieved
• Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff
• Support in setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures
• Analysing performance data and charts against defined parameters
• Supporting the Process for Change Management
• Supporting the Process for Incident Management
• Preparing Documentation, Reports & Procedures
• Analysis and Review of Performance in order to maintain Service Quality Standards as per ISO Certification requirement
• Service Desk Plus / MSP Maintenance this includes preparing Acceptance Test Plans for new releases and also being involved in the ATP testing
• Service Desk Plus/ MSP Improvement. This includes improving workflows and functionalities of the SD
• Service Desk Plus/MSP review. Responsible that technicians are following the policies & procedures and meeting our quality goals toward the customer
• Responsible for the structure and workflow of Document Management
• Responsible for ISO 20,000 processes such as: Documentation management, Planning, and Implementing Service Improvement

Requirements & attributes:

• Bachelor/Master degree in IT-related area
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT, Service Quality & Process Management
• ITIL V4 Foundation Certified
• Basic knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure
• Strong understanding of Service Quality Processes
• Familiar with International Quality standards
• Strong understanding of international Best Practices for IT Service Industry
• Experience in project management
