Product Security Engineer – Frankfurt

Strong understanding of moder software architecture and development technics

Strong understanding of IT and including technological aspects of how IT systems work

Information security knowledge and experience (knowledge of security related technologies and tools, understanding security vulnerabilities in common operation systems, web application servers, including knowledge of remediation procedures)

Knowledge of DevOps and development process is a plus

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Security or other related field

At least 3 years IT related experience as a Security/System/Network Administrator/DevOps or equivalent knowledge

Knowledge of security related technologies and tools.

Strong knowledge of Windows operating system and Microsoft cloud technologies

Understanding security vulnerabilities in common operation systems, web application servers, including knowledge of remediation procedures

Experience with analysing new requirements and making security recommendation based on business objectives

Knowledge of various security methodologies, processes, IT/IS industry standards and best practices

Ensure security of Quipu software products.

Collect external security and regulatory compliance requirements for software systems.

Define security requirements for new products on a design phase.

Help define tools and technics a development team needs to use.

Evaluate security aspects related to 3rd party software components and outsourcing partners.

Designing/performing/monitor security testing.

Evaluating a security impact of product changes and new functionality.

Monitor security threats and technology vulnerabilities related to the product-related technologies.
