Office Manager

For our office in Bucharest, Romania, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Office Manager (Job-ID: 20010) to join our international team at the earliest possible date.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Schedule meetings and appointments
• Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
• Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware, travel arrangements and expense reports)
• Plan in-house or off-site activities, like celebrations and conferences
• Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative system
• Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
• Assisting the organization’s HR function by keeping personnel records up to date
• Perform other related duties as assigned


• Very good organizational skills, flexibility and operational readiness
• Reliability and discretion
• Very good oral and written communication skills
• A high degree of self-initiative, capacity for innovation, ability to work independently and conscientiously
• Customer and team-oriented
• Very good knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written
• Thorough MS Office knowledge
