Work experience in an international company in a similar role
Knowledge of Ukrainian Labor Laws and personnel documentation standards
Knowledge of Diia City regulations is a strong advantage
Very good organizational skills, flexibility and operational readiness
High degree of self-initiative, capacity for innovation, ability to work independently and conscientiously
Customer and team-oriented
Very good knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written
MS Office knowledge
Coordinating and organizing meetings, appointments, trainings, events, in-house or off-site activities, business trips
Placing and managing orders for office supplies, equipment, cleaning supplies for the office etc.
Carrying out various correspondences in Ukrainian and English, answering emails, writing business letters, processing incoming and outgoing mail
Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease;
Liaise with facility management vendors, including coordinating and supervising the cleaning staff in the office, security services, fire safety and labor protection, maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
Coordinating with HR team to update and maintain office policies as necessary
Conducting on-boarding and off-boarding processes
Keep personnel records for admissions, transfers, and dismissals. Preparing labor records and other personnel documents
Preparing expense and sustainability reports for Head Office using MS Dynamics 365, iEMS tool
Military record of employees
