Our Pristina team is looking for a Documentation Specialist who will develop and maintain end-user documentation, describing features and functionalities of software applications.

Experience

Experience

  • Experience in the Banking and IT industry and being familiar with standard concepts, terms, practices, and procedures, within the banking field is desired.
  • Studies in business administration, linguistic or similar areas are desired but not required.
  • Experience in working with geographically distributed and remote team members
Skills

Skills

  • Strong skills are required in the following areas: writing, content structuring, and proofreading, able to “translate” technical concepts into business ones.
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and organizational skills are essential.
  • You enjoy communication and teamwork.
  • Highly proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite, such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SPO are desired.

  • Create content or instructions in the form of Video Tutorials, Diagrams, Screen capturing, etc.
  • Test software applications and collects and reviews available technical information, as basis for understanding and documenting their functionality.

Quipu Card Personalisation Centre in Prishtina was founded in 2004 and it is a modern and flexible centre for card personalisation and maintenance of automated equipment (ATMs and POS terminals), owned by Quipu.

  • Develops and maintains end user documentation, describing features and functionalities of software applications
  • Updates existing documentation regularly to reflect accurately changes made to a product or a process.
  • Creates content or instructions in the form of Video Tutorials, Diagrams, Screen capturing, etc.
  • Tests software applications and collects and reviews available technical information, as basis for understanding and documenting their functionality.
  • Supports the publishing, maintenance, and communication of internal governing documents such as: policies, procedures, guides, etc.
  • Promotes, writes, edits, and communicates company news articles, internally.
  • Designs internal templates and collects, revises, and shares documentation and presentation written by other teams.
  • Provides user support and user trainings, about applications’ features and functionality, if required.
