Implementation Engineer – San Salvador

We are looking for Implementation Engineer to join our team in San Salvador.

What we expect from you

Experience

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other related Engineering fields

Skills

• Advanced level of English language (oral and written)
• Knowledgeable of SQL, PL/SQL
• Good attitude on learning new topics
• Flexible and reliable on the job
• Customer oriented and good communication skills
• Desirable - knowledge of the card industry and payment systems
• Mastering of Microsoft Office packet
• Desirable - professional experience in banking sector

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain effective professional relationships with customers.
• Provide second level technical support to customers for services system configurations.
• Establish cooperations with external service providers for implementation, overview and troubleshooting of services.
• Active participation in the implementation of services as technician and as project manager
• Establish technical project requirements as per our project management framework.
• Perform and support in the creation and documentation of acceptance test plans and certifications.

San Salvador Office

San Salvador team currently has 40 members, all young and dedicated professionals who offer continuous support to the ProCredit Banks from the region.
