Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist – Bucharest

We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist for our office in Bucharest.

What we expect from you

Experience

Bachelor's degree in the field of finance or business management
Knowledge of FP&A - previous experience in a role providing numerical analysis and reporting
3+ Years of relevant Finance/FP&A or Equivalent experience

Skills

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to work with high volumes of financial data accurately (Power BI knowledge is considered a plus)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to an ever-changing environment
Process improvement oriented
Organizational and time-management skills
Proactive behaviour
Fluency in English (German Language is considered a plus)

Responsibilities

Assist in managing and monitoring the financial health of the company (budgeting, forecasting, cashflow planning)
Data collection and analysis: gathering data from different sources, such as databases, spreadsheets, and software systems, and analyzing it to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Monitor and analyse costs and expenses, assist in identifying opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements
Generate and distribute financial reports and dashboards to management, highlighting key insights and trends.
Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and provide insights to address specific business challenges or opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and executive leadership, to provide financial insights and recommendations
Ensure that the pricing as well any other mandatory policies are being updated on a timely manner and compliant with any legal or regulatory requirements

Bucharest Office

From our Bucharest office, we ensure technical assistance and support IT projects, for different departments, such as Cloud and Infrastructure, DevOps or Applications Departments.
