
We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer to join our team in Prishtina.

What your key responsibilities will be:
- Walk customers through a range of processes and assist them in different areas related to Quipu applications troubleshooting
- Understanding customers’ needs and fulfilling them promptly
- Managing first level support tickets
- Escalation of tickets with pre-analysis and investigation results when required
- Maintain systems documentation including guidelines and forms
- Organize training material for our clients and provide on-site trainings
- Follow up of service incidents and contribution to their resolution
- Active support in systems maintenance tasks
- Achieve the general knowledge of Quipu Processing Centre Services on customer-based level
Skills and experience we expect from you:
- University Degree preferable in scientific field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
- Ability to manage customer information with a high level of attention to detail
- Comfortable in travelling and working face-to-face with the clients
- Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written
- Ability to adapt to dynamic work environment
- Grasp new knowledge in a short time
- Knowledge of Electronic Financial Transactions processing (optional)
