Customer Support Engineer

For our team in Prishtina, Kosovo, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Engineer (m/f/d)Job-ID: 21028, to join our international team at the earliest possible date.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Walk customers through a range of processes and assist them in different areas related to Quipu applications troubleshooting
  • Understanding customers’ needs and fulfil them promptly
  • Managing first level support tickets
  • Escalation of tickets with pre-analysis and investigation results when required
  • Maintain systems documentation including guidelines and forms
  • Organize training material for our clients and provide on-site training
  • Follow up of service incidents and contribution to their resolution
  • Active support in systems maintenance tasks
  • Achieve the general knowledge of Quipu Processing Centre Services on customer-based level

Requirements:

  • University Degree preferable in a scientific field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
  • Ability to manage customer information with a high level of attention to detail
  • Comfortable in travelling and working face-to-face with the clients
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Grasp new knowledge in a short time
  • Knowledge of Electronic Financial Transactions processing (optional)
