Business Development Analyst

For our office in Frankfurt, Germany, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Analyst (m/f) (Job-ID: 20032) to join our international team as soon as possible.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Create business projection, price modelling and financial offer for new potential clients
• Prepare and put together business cases and commercial offer for new services
• Create business analysis on statistical data of card transactions and monitoring card payment activities based on pre-agreed KPI. Present business-relevant results to management
• Prepare presentations about our products or services with all their values
• Support in the preparation of service agreements in communication with the legal department
• Provide proactive consultation that will expand client relationships, drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
• Being point of reference in case of first contact of new clients who is requesting additional information about our company and service
• Manage internal CRM and propose new ideas on how to improve further the workflow
• Actively and successfully managing the sales process: from lead generation and pitching new clients; negotiations; getting agreements signed; and then manage the account in cooperation with other units
• Present Quipu to potential clients through direct communication, face-to-face meetings, networking events, speaking roles and e-mails
• Stay up to date on market trends and issues affecting the payments and banking industry by staying up to date on global technology news. Monitor changes or coming of new players in existing market of operation
• Serve as a customer advocate internally


• University Bachelor’s Degree, business-related or preferably computer science (you are IT with a business mindset or have a business background with IT skills)
• Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
• Exceptional relationship management and communication skills
• Ability to produce and deliver influential presentations, technical and commercial proposals
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people in a way that is easy to understand
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Project management and business analysis skills
• Experienced in working as part of a team and individually
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Additional fluency in one or more of the following languages as a plus: Spanish, French
