We are looking for Business Analyst to join our Business Analysis Team in Skopje.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics or finance, with an affinity for IT

  • Comprehensive understanding of banking operations

  • Strong analytical and problem resolution skills, capable of converting business requirements into tech solutions

  • Adaptability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously

  • Ability to work independently and in a team

  • Fluency in English

  • Oral and written communication skills

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Attention to details

  • Organizational skills

  • Understanding of network, databases and technologies

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Proactive communication with stakeholders to gain an understanding of their needs, expectations and challenges, with the goal of assisting them in defining complete business requirements

  • Analyze and validate business processes and data flows

  • Visualize data using charts and graphs, to convey information clearly

  • Create functional specifications and user stories for software developments, to guide the development and implementation of IT solutions

  • Work closely with developers, product owners, business users, and others to meet deadlines

  • Offer training and assistance to users when new IT solutions are implemented

  • Perform additional tasks as needed
