We are looking for Business Analyst to join our Business Analysis Team in Prishtina.

Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics or finance, with an affinity for IT
Comprehensive understanding of banking operations
Strong analytical and problem resolution skills, capable of converting business requirements into tech solutions
Adaptability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Ability to work independently and in a team
Fluency in English
Oral and written communication skills
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Attention to details
Organizational skills
Understanding of network, databases and technologies

Responsibilities

Proactive communication with stakeholders to gain an understanding of their needs, expectations and challenges, with the goal of assisting them in defining complete business requirements
Analyze and validate business processes and data flows
Visualize data using charts and graphs, to convey information clearly
Create functional specifications and user stories for software developments, to guide the development and implementation of IT solutions
Work closely with developers, product owners, business users, and others to meet deadlines
Offer training and assistance to users when new IT solutions are implemented
Perform additional tasks as needed
