Automated Maintenance Technician

We are looking for an Automated Maintenance Technician in PRISHTINA, who will be responsible for the maintenance of ATM and POS terminals.

What we expect from you

Experience

University Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent experience

Skills

Good knowledge of English language, both spoken and written
Self-starter, well organized, responsible, reliable and motivated
Ability to work under pressure and establish priorities
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously
Desire to learn and develop skills further
Driver license is mandatory

Responsibilities

Maintenance of ATM and POS terminals
Physical and remote management of terminals, first level services
Preventive visits and maintenance on daily basis
Identifying potential problems on the operational part (system of the network performance of the terminals)
Investigate problems and ability to determine appropriate actions for solving issues

Quipu Card Personalisation Centre in Prishtina was founded in 2004 and it is a modern and flexible centre for card personalisation and maintenance of automated equipment (ATMs and POS terminals), owned by Quipu.

Manage inbound and outbound calls from the clients/merchants in a timely manner
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Support and guidance, via phone, for maintenance services related to POS terminals (i.e. Payment Cancellation, Copy of Invoice, Restart of POS Terminal)
Report on time to Supervisor and team
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
